Self-control and life flow

When it comes to mental self-control , it’s really challenging. Unconscious flow of thoughts trap you to act unconsciously. You behave mindless. Thoughts overpower you, and you lose control. To stop that flow and arrange it mindfully is a great challenge . You have to track your thoughts and find out useless and discard them.


Control your thoughts and set them according to your goals, which is very crucial to get success, happiness, and mindfulness.

Write down your thoughts on a paper.

Write your goals and action plans. Divide these action plans in small activities. Assign time to arrange and execute activities. Let your mind manage all the activities. 

If you are surrounded by irrelevant thoughts, say you will think later about it. 

When you busy yourself in relevant thoughts. You will have no time to think about them. And such thoughts will die away. Only your  goal oriented speculations will kindle your inner light.

Learn to say no to yourself. Make yourself flexible to adjust according to the situation. Switch on when your attention is needed and turn off when not required. 

This on-off button saves your energy and adds to your performance. You can take a fresh start with more energy and warmth. Which guarantees accomplishment.

You are not dragging your mind into the situation and not torturing your soul. You have space and inner peace to deal with the situation more effectively.

Repeat your No command several times a day. Be Selective. Never go with the flow. Rather, make life flow in accordance with your command.

Stamp your life that it’s soecifically your own life.
